The perceptive investor isnâ??t solely dependent on asset appreciation to make money. Here are a few other ways that you can make money in real estate investing:-

Positive cash flow from a credible tenant â?” The rent typically covers the mortgage payment, insurance, taxes, etc. Having paid all that, the amount remaining is your income for the month. A discreet investor would normally have money in reserve, in order to cover the mortgage expense when the property is vacant.

Fixer-upper â?” This is probably the most favored and the most lucrative form of real estate investment. For instance, you could purchase a property for $70,000 and spruce it up by putting in another $30,000. And then the renovated property could well be worth $170,000 â?” a high yielding investment technique, isnâ??t it?

Buying at a wholesale rate â?” When you purchase a property well below market price, you effectively set the stage for a huge gain when you eventually sell it. Such properties can be bagged at either the pre-foreclosure or foreclosure stage. Since the homeowner is financially distressed, the investor has a great chance of purchasing the property for a bargain price.

Tax deductions save an awful lot of money â?” As the saying goes, money saved is money earned. Since real estate investment offers a host of tax benefits, the investor has access to increased equity.

Amortization results in equity growth â?” Say you purchase a property with only 20% down payment and the rest being mortgage finance. Then you find a tenant who provides you monthly rent, which can be used to pay off the debt. As the mortgage debt shrinks, the equity increases. Once the debt is fully paid off, the investor holds 100% equity in the property.

Rent appreciation â?” This is another excellent way to make money in real estate investing. As the cost of living increases, so should the rent of properties owned by you. Even a petty increase in the monthly rent provides greater cash flow on an annual basis.

Discreet management of assets â?” You must manage your assets diligently. If you donâ??t heed to your tenantâ??s complaints about a recurring problem, your tenant might very well leave the house. And with them would go the chance of positive cash flow. A vacant property simply eats away funds, which are needed for its upkeep. Therefore, proper asset management is crucial.

In a gist, there are a host of avenues that allow you to make money in real estate investing. Itâ??s just that you need to be a bit creative and explore a few of these opportunities.

Umm, so they all have the above on which means, they have never been traded in the brutal hard world of forex trading and of course, trading without knowing the prices ( rather than simulating backwards knowing them) is the real world of trading and much harder.

Day trading doesn’t work however marketing organizations create great copy to sell the concept and the naïve or lazy trader, thinks he is going to make a regular income, with 90% accuracy etc.

He sits back with a cold beer and thinks he will never have to work hard again, of course he gets rewarded but - with an equity wipe out.

When I was a broker, we loved day traders - why?

As you probably know most brokers take the other side of the trade, so they win when the client losses.

No day trader EVER won when I was there and I saw maybe 20,000 client accounts. Also, the other myth is forex brokers hunt day traders stop - nope. They don’t need to bother, the day trader always has his stop within normal random volatility so the market takes him out, the broker doesn’t need to help.

So why doesn’t day trading work?

Think about the huge mass of people who trade each day and they all have different skills, trading systems, and aims and to think, you can work out what this diverse group, of emotional beings is going to do, in a few hours is futile and dommed to failure.

All volatility is random in daily time frames so how on earth can you get the odds on your side?

You cant - so don’t attempt it.

While it’s true that adding AdSense a web page is trivial â?” all you do is paste some JavaScript code that Google generates for you â?” learning how to make money with AdSense â?” especially how to really make money â?” is decidedly non-trivial. Like anything, it takes time and effort. There are no overnight successes with AdSense.

The key is to know what to work on. Four factors come into play:

1. Traffic. By far the most important factor is how much traffic you can drive to your pages. After all, you only make money when visitors click (or in some cases view) the ads shown on your pages. If no one’s visiting your site, you won’t make any money. If you want to make more money with AdSense, you need more traffic. (That traffic should be targeted, too, otherwise smart pricing will kick in and reduce your earnings.)
2. Niche. The niche you’re targeting also has a huge effect on your AdSense earnings. You need to target niches where advertisers are actively seeking customers: if there are no advertisers, you won’t make any money. The simplest test you can do is to search Google for related keywords and see how many ads appear in the “Sponsored Links” section on the right-hand side of the results page. If there are few or no ads, that’s a sign that the market’s not a big one and probably isn’t a great choice for monetization via AdSense. (But you may be able to monetize it in other ways.)
3. Content. AdSense is all about content. It’s not about search results. It’s not about random collections of scraped data. There’s a reason why AdSense users are called publishers: it’s because they publish content. You need great content on your pages, written for humans and not search engines. Content is what’s going to keep visitors on your site, looking for the information they need. The longer they stay, the more chance they’ll click an ad.
4. Optimization. Many AdSense publishers spend too much time trying to optimize their pages when they should be spending their time on getting more traffic and writing more content. Luckily, many AdSense optimization techniques do double duty as search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. Concentrate on the basics, like:
   • Blending ads by removing borders and matching colors.
   • Positioning the ads in the “hot spots” of a page.
   • Choosing the right ad formats.
   • Tracking performance with channels.

   These and a few other techniques can make a dramatic difference in your earnings â?” but only if you have enough traffic.

Note that even a poorly-optimized AdSense site can make its publisher a lot of money if draws a lot of traffic with quality content in a competitive niche. Don’t place too much emphasis on AdSense optimization.

There are no secrets to earning money with AdSense. You just need to learn the right things. Take the time and effort to learn how to:

• Drive traffic to your pages.
• Find and exploit profitable niches.
• Create valuable content.
• Optimize pages for AdSense and SEO.
